Understanding Odds and How Payouts Are Calculated
In football betting, odds are numbers that show the probability of an outcome. On hg777 you can view odds in Decimal (European), Fractional (UK), and Malay Odds formats.
Example — With Decimal Odds of 2.10, a stake of 10,000 Ks returns 10,000 × 2.10 = 21,000 Ks if you win, giving a profit of 11,000 Ks (stake included in the return). Higher odds mean a bigger payout, but also a lower chance of winning — keep that in mind.
In the Handicap market, if Team A is given −1.5, the final score is adjusted by subtracting 1.5 goals. If Team A wins 2–0, the handicap result shows Team A at (2 − 1.5 = 0.5), so anyone who backed Team A with the handicap wins.
Odds Types
Example — 2.50 means stake × 2.50 = total payout (European / Decimal format)
Positive value (0.80) — stake × 0.80 = profit; Negative value (−0.80) — stake / 0.80 = amount you need to risk
For a match with Over 2.5 goals, there must be 3 or more goals for the Over bet to win.
